OUR MISSION:
God created man to subdue, rule and fill the earth. We are born with an innate desire to build, explore, discover, and conquer -- whether it’s conquering on the court or in the boardroom. Men are designed this way. But because of sin, many men spend their lives trying to subdue the wrong things or even with the best of intentions they subdue in the wrong ways. We allow our pride and self glory to be the motivation for our achievements. This conference will explore the glorious calling that God has given to us and provide a biblical basis for why we conquer and how we go about it.

THIS YEARS TOPIC

KEYNOTE
BY: DAVE ABU-SARA

All men desire to win, to be victorious, and attain their loftiest goals. Yet, the corrupting power of sin impacts all that men seek. Even when goals seem good, sin can corrupt why we set goals and how we seek them. Over two sessions, we will examine how our sin impacts our pursuit of God's mission for us and how we can conquer as God intends.

BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Biblical Men Who Conquered
BY: Steve Wing
God's Word commands us to take dominion of the earth, and we can learn from the many men in Scripture who conquered and took dominion. This breakout will look at two of these men, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament.
Escaping Escapism: Fighting False Realities
BY: Gary Knapp
As sinful men, we often look to false realities for distraction from real-life struggles, and we do this through many different avenues (e.g., money, sports, sex, and video games, to name a few). This session will look at the sinfulness of creating false realities and challenge us to live in the true reality where God has placed us.
The Struggle Is Real
BY: Mario Dominguez
Is it suffering or discipline? What does the end look like? We’ve been created to conquer, but this doesn’t mean conquering is easy. Sin makes this calling hard and painful, and we need to realize and deal with this while going forward in faith and trusting God that all these things are for the good of those who love Him.
Conquering in Different Spheres
BY: Mike Pollock, Jordan Daugherty, & Nathan Bayly
God places men in different areas, but His expectation of us stays the same. We’re created and called to conquer for Him, and this looks different depending on our circumstances. This session is a panel discussion of what conquering looks like in the private, public, and church spheres.
Male Friendship: Everyone Needs a Battle Buddy
BY: Andrew Van Engen
Men need friends who love the Lord. Friends they can trust. Friends they can lean on. Friends who encourage and sharpen them as they pursue and grow in holiness. This session will look at the need of Christian friendship and some practical ways to pursue it.
